Vincent is quite knowledgeable about the Hunter Douglas products. The process for roller shades was professional and detailed. We had a few glitches after the installation of our automated shades and Vincent was responsive. Unfortunately, the time line to get repairs done are not totally under the company's control and it could take a couple of weeks for the installers to free up to come to your home for a repair.
