(February 9, 2020, 1:38 pm)Great place to take your dog! We've been going to CityVet FloMo since we got our fur-baby 5 years ago. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, I trust them with my dog. We do not use the boarding services or day-care, but those seem top-notch as well.
(February 9, 2020, 1:28 pm)We took our Jack Russel in to be groomed. We were charged $30 for a fecal even though all his shots were up to date. When my husband picked him up and brought him home, it was a half done job at best. Let me back up one month earlier to when we took our shitzu in and they had just hired a new groomer. When we picked him up it was not as short as we asked for and definitely was not what we were used to getting.
So after our JR’s cut was not up to snuff, we took him back and talked to the manager, Ann. She was very empathetic and listened. She kept our JR and oversaw the redo. She gave us a credit back for the fecal and $20 off the grooming fee. With that kind of customer service I would definitely take our dogs back with some specific notes.
The friendliness of the entire team at CityVet in Flower Mound is genuine. I’m sure next time they would get a 5star rating. The four is only due to the cut and having to take two days to get it all done.
(October 20, 2019, 7:10 pm)Wonderful and very professional staff. Helped my wife and I with our 16 year old cat Wrigley. He was diagnosed with diabetes and has the relentless task of taking shots every day. We love him very much and he has improved a lot since treatment began. Thank You.
(March 26, 2019, 1:53 am)Great experience! Missed our original appointment. They were beyond accommodating. Once we got there, they greeted our baby (Neeyo) with love. Major kudos to the staff. His exam was thorough, and the Dr took her time explaining some things that needed some attention. Very informative! Overall, it's hard to find a good place to take our pup. Were greatful we found this place.
