(February 19, 2020, 7:43 am)Tom Muench did a wonderful job planning our perfect vacation in Spain and Portugal. We were gone for 2 weeks and stayed in 5 different towns. Each tour, train ride, hotel was unique and top notch. Everything we needed was planned, ticketed and in our hands daily. I would highly recommend his services for any vacation getaway you may explore.
(August 19, 2019, 7:33 pm)Three friends and I booked a cruise with Tom Muench, the franchise owner, several months ago. We're going on our "girls' cruise" in October. Tom walked us through every step of the process and answered many questions. Three of us had cruised before (one 1 year ago, one 10 years ago, one 20 years ago, and me never before), so we all had different experience levels. We are so excited and know we will book again with E.C.S.C. I learned they do more than cruises and can book all-inclusive vacations, motor coach and train trips. I highly recommend them as I will now be working there because of my great experience as a traveler. Please call or stop by and ask for me by name. (March 15, 2019, 1:51 pm)Very reassuring to have a human contact when trying to book a vacation. It was especially satisfying to find a place I could go fo all my travel needs and not just cruises. They booked my flight and saved me a $1,000 over what I was finding on my own. If you always wonder “am I getting the best deal”? When searching the internet on your own like me, then then take comfort in knowing there are actual human beings that can take that worry of your shoulders.
