She was always quick to respond and very transparent with the whole process. She even provided me transportation to and from the shop! Great job! After the initial work, I found two really small dents and it was no problem getting back in to correct them. After he started on the two tiny dents, Trace found two MORE that were almost invisible! He fixed those as well. Having just moved to the area (highland village) and not knowing anyone, I took a chance on Susan and Trace. It was a good decision! They saved me $$ and did the job in less than half the time that the other shops estimated.

Susan did a magnificent job on my car repairing major hail damage that occurred. It looked brand new and was completely restored. The work was completed in a timely fashion and I highly recommend this location. I will definitely come back again if needed.
