I periodically bring my expensive 35-year-old Henkel's Zwilling kitchen cutlery to this firm for sharpening. Yesterday afternoon, I retrieved the set that they sharpened in the morning, and bought a new knife steel. After examining the French Chef’s knife, the 9“ work horse of the set, I must have misplaced it, since it was not in the block when I returned home.

At my request, they searched the inside and outside of the shop to no avail. Incredibly, although the fault was likely mine, they offered to provide me with a replacement knife as the holidays approached. Then, THEY INSISTED ON DELIVERING IT BECAUSE HAPPY CUSTOMERS spells success.

Try asking for such customer service from most any other business! Wow, I am awed.

If that favorite knife disappeared into the ether, I will happily replace it with another bought from Rolling Sharpening Stone.

I brought Ron 12 differnet styles of Kitchen knives plus 3 pairs of scissors. I couldn't be happier with his work. I warned my family to be careful when using them. I also appreciate his pointers on taking care of my knives. $5/knife, what a bargain!

Service was closed on weekend. I called since I was in the area and Ron came by to fix my knife. Workmanship and service is amazing

Was there this afternoon getting my kitchen knives sharpened and they were friendly, affordable and efficient. The place is a little hard to find, but very well worth it if you want to get your knives sharpened. Tried them out tonight while making diner and like brand new. The did a great job re-sharpening my japanese knife as well. Thank you.
