  Best barber shop I have ever been to. The haircuts are very well done, and there is no lack of attention to detail. Melisa C and Andy make you feel like you have been their customers for years. I highly recommend this place.

  My son has very straight hair that is hard to blend evenly and texture. I typically just take him to Great Clips or Super Cuts but I just can't take the bad haircuts anymore. I hit up Google and decided to give Cool Heads a try. For starters the facility is amazing. Super comfy chairs, large TVs, complimentary drinks and even a foosball table! Melisa C. was his stylist and the haircut came out amazing - best one he's ever had (and he loved it too). She was super friendly, nice to talk to and took the time (and had the skills) to provide a perfect cut. Thanks Melisa! We'll be making Cool Heads our new haircut spot - looking forward to coming back soon. You should definitely check this place out, highly recommended.

  Note: This business solicits 5-star reviews by offering a 20% discount on your bill if you mention your stylist by name. Somewhat disingenuous, I feel.
  
  The experience itself was fine; the staff was courteous and attentive, especially when I showed up a little early for my appointment. I appreciated that.
  
  My stylist was Andy, who was friendly and personable, and I appreciated her dedication to soliciting my opinion throughout the process. I will mention that she is very high energy; it isn't a criticism, but if you're the sort of customer who prefers to sit in silence, get your hair cut, and then leave, I would perhaps suggest a different stylist.
  
  All in all, a good haircut.

  Just moved to Double Oak and searched for "Men's Haircut". Cool Heads comes highly rated and I thought to give it a try. No need to look anywhere else! The place has a very cool vibe and Brittany is "the best"! Highly recommend Cool Heads and their stylists.

  Happened to be in the area and drove by this place. I was looking like a ragamuffins so I felt a nice head shave was in the works. One customer was just cashing out and Melisa said she didn't have a client scheduled and could get me in immediately. She started with a complimentary drink while she cleaned her station. After getting me settled, she gave me a quick scalp shampoo and a heated towel treatment and proceeded to give me a great straight razor shave.
  
  They have a subscription but it doesn't specify head shaves as an option, so I'll think about that, but in a pinch, it's a great deal for the price.
