Dr. Pace and the staff provided great customer service, and they took time to ask questions, listen to questions, and explain whatever I needed to know. They were also very accommodating of my schedule changes. I felt very confident that things were going to be done with excellence, and they were. I also appreciated being able to call Dr Pace himself with questions as well as receive his personal follow up calls the day of surgery. Very comforting and great personalized care!

Dr. Pace and his staff did an outstanding job for me yesterday with a tooth extraction. His staff was courteous, kind, and very attentive. They were completely transparent on costs and options. Dr. Pace himself spent significant time with me talking about options and fully explaining the procedure. His bedside manner was outstanding. I even think everybody stayed a few minutes later than they normally would so that they could fit me into the schedule. I highly recommend Northern Texas Facial & Oral Surgery. They made my wisdom teeth removal enjoyable! I cannot express how truly wonderful my entire experience was here. Dr. Pace was amazingly knowledgeable and put me immediately at ease through the consultation and then pre surgery prep. I loved that he was able to inject a numbing agent into my gums to help with long term numbing and to speed healing! They also helped with the clotting so I didn’t have to worry about dry socket as much!! 10000% worth it to go see a dds md. Dr. Pace was truly phenomenal. I’ve been putting this off for at least 2 years and this experience makes me wish I did it sooner.

Plus, all of the office staff was amazing!! Superbly knowledgeable, friendly and over the top helpful!! I cannot recommend Dr. Pace and his office enough!!

My husband and I both got oral surgery at NTFOS and we would recommend to anyone. They were not only so caring and accommodating but I also had such a seamless healing process. They were able to get me in for a same day consultation and got my wisdom teeth out the very next day. 5 stars all around.

The staff is absolutely wonderful! They made my appointment a breeze. I had my wisdom teeth removed and I came in pretty nervous but they got me back immediately and chatted with me to keep my mind off of it until Dr. Pace came in (which was pretty quickly) Dr. Pace came in with such a professional and calming presence. I knew immediately I was in great hands. After surgery he even came out to speak with my driver. Dr. Pace also has an amazing technique with wisdom teeth. I have yet to experience much pain and I did have one impacted. I hope that I will never have to see him again for extractions but I will definitely recommend everyone to him. Thank you for making such a nerve racking thing a not so scary one.
