The Nexus Lakeside Apartments

I have lived at Nexus for 4 years and love the location and amenities. My only complaint is the parking. All of the 1845 restaurant guests park in our reserved spots and I find myself having to walk from the back of the complex to find a spot.
I spend a lot money here each month and feel like we should have spots solely reserved for the tenants of the building. Parking stickers would help & towing signs.

Maintenance is always quick to respond and they are very friendly. Office staff is friendly and helpful as well.

Overall peaceful and friendly dwelling place among an international community. The quality of my unit surpasses my previous apartment in Grapevine. Love the neighborhood except for all the construction and sometimes noisy cars speeding around community.

So far move in has been amazing. From the first time I came to look at the apartments Abdul was wonderful. Never made me feel rushed when I looked the first time, let me look at the town home when it became open. And when we picked up keys- the simple “welcome home”- meant a lot!

So my AC control box was completely out at the end of a weekday and the maintenance came in and told me it needed to be replaced. We both definitely thought it would take days to find a new control box, but they found what they needed within 30 minutes and made it work! So thankful for this!
