(May 22, 2019, 7:50 am)We had our roof, chimney, gutters, windows, doors, outside lights, and painting done a couple years ago after a major hailstorm. They were the obvious choice after this most recent hail storm. Fast, friendly, reliable and the insurance company work with them so well I did almost nothing!
(April 22, 2019, 10:45 pm)Considering that we are entering hail season, I wanted to offer a recommendation on the company that replaced my roof as well as other significant structural damage from last years storms. My insurance company was difficult to deal with to say the least and the folks at Aliter took it upon themselves to take on that burden, and when necessary, helped me file a complaint with the State insurance board. My rep was Gordie Macdonald and he was just the best. When issues did arise (and they always do), Gordie was right on top of it. Eventually everything was completed and they did a top notch job.
(February 1, 2019, 12:50 pm)I recently had my roof replaced by Aliter Contracting & Consulting, and while there are many decent companies out there, I could not be more thankful to have been pointed to Aliter by a neighbor who had also been extremely pleased with them a couple years ago. From the very first conversation until project completion, these guys are true professionals!! Their integrity is worthy of mention first and foremost. The quality of their work and their crew is exceptional. They guided me through all the insurance confusion as it relates to successful completion, and they took the time to make sure I as the customer understood every step in the entire process. I am pleased to offer my highest recommendation. Should the need arise for other contracting work in my home, there is no doubt that Aliter will be my choice and no need to consider others. I most gladly recommend friends and neighbors reach out to Aliter for your needs!!!
(April 9, 2018, 1:48 pm)We had a great experience from beginning to end with Aliter. They handled everything with our insurance company and made the process simple. Gordon MacDonald was our rep and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The scope of our project included new roof, gutters, garage doors, painting. I highly recommend Aliter.
(September 14, 2017, 1:31 am)Aliter was awesome! Once we signed up with them, they took care of negotiating and reporting directly to the insurance company while still keeping us in the loop. Jonathan made several trips to our house as worked progressed, and he was most helpful. All members of the work crews were skilled, respectful, and left the property as clean as when they arrived. We plan to use Aliter again if the need arises.
