  Their market knowledge of the Flower Mound, Highland Village, and Trophy Club area was very helpful in navigating through the buying process, all the way to closing.

  Jay Mark's Real Estate is top-notch! I highly recommend Jay and his staff!! They go above and beyond for their customers...honest with deep integrity...Jay and crew feel like family. They are the best agency I have ever used hands down. I moved 45 times and owned 7 different homes...absolutely my number 1 experience with home buying and selling.   I can't say enough about Jay Marks Real Estate in Flower Mound. They were actually representing the folks I wanted to buy a home from. Jay was easy to work with. He and my realtor worked together to make this sale, my purchase go through smoothly. I was so impressed with Jay's work ethic, that after the sale closed on this income property, I employed Jay and his team (can't say enough good things about Sarah) to manage the property for us. They not only found a quality renter, but they also inspect the home quarterly to ensure our investment stays looking nice year round.

  If I could write more than one reveiw I would because it would only be fair to give a dozen 5 star reviews. Jay Marks Real Estate in Flower Mound has benn my buy and sell realator since 2012. I've bought many homes and sold many homes during that time and only with Jay Marks Real Estate. I've been a home remodeler for many years and Jay has helped me find all my homes at fantastic prices. My team would take the dog of the neighborhood and turn it into the darling and Jay would sell it above the highest priced home in the neighborhood, and it would never take more than two weeks.
  Jay's team know all the pitfalls of home buying and selling and have saved me thousands. You can't go wrong by using Jay Marks Reals Estate, I can't say that about any other realtor.
