Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care

I am so glad that we have this urgent care right in our neighborhood. I was impressed that the clinic even thought about offering the free beverage center for the visitors. All the staff were super nice. I could sense that they genuinely looked after our welfare. To name the few that have taken a great care of us: Britney, Altoria, Jamaal, Amanda, and Dahlia (NP). Thank you.

I was the last customer of the day, but you would have thought I was the first. From the moment I walked in as a walk in (on a day where all appointments were booked) to the nurse concierge to the Nurse Practitioner, Thea, it was an amazing experience. You can tell that they truly cared. From the diagnosis to the follow up. They scheduled me a follow up there just in case I wasn’t able to get into the doctor.

I came in not feeling well, immediately was greeted and taken to an exam room.. the entire staff: front desk , X-ray tech , assistant, Nurse Practitioner video Pharmacist are all top notch! Care, respect and professionalism go a long way. The medication Kiosk was the cherry on top.. no need to wait at a pharmacy for today or tomorrow.. I walked out with all 3 medications. I was very lucky that I found this place ..thank you for great and fast service.

I had an appointment and the staff let me come early and even took my back immediately when I came almost an hour early. Every staff member I dealt with was incredibly nice and respectful. Everyone has impeccable bedside manor making this by far the best not only urgent care but medical center that I’ve been too. Will definitely be recommending friends and family go here, extremely glad I was pointed in the direction of this facility and incredibly thankful for their help and how quickly they were able to find out the problem I was dealing with.

Best urgent care experience I think I’ve ever had. Came in on a Wednesday morning with 15 minutes heads up… they got me right into a room upon checking in. The nurse Brittany was so fantastic- she was pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, communicated everything that was going to happen, and worked quickly. My covid and flu swabs were not near the traumatic experience I was anticipating. The PA was equally as great. I was in and out within 30 minutes.

Aside from the awesome staff, this facility was state of the art and extremely clean.

So thankful we have an urgent care as great as this one!
