North Star Diagnostic Imaging

Great imaging place, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Really good at explaining everything to you and easing any concerns you might have. They are in-touch with their insurance providers as well, not just making up prices like Touchstone and other places. Very honest. They even have snacks and drinks in the lobby!

I have been to this location multiple times. Every experience has been very positive. But this time … has been exceptional. The main reason is the exemplary staff. People like those sweet ladies at the reception/check-in desk that greets you, Angela and Ashley. They made me feel welcome and valued.

And huge appreciation and kudos to CT Tech, BRANDIE. She was patient with me, kind and courteous and went above and beyond to ease my fears and make this important but concerning test for me, easy and no problem. I'm facing the worst medical challenges of my life. Having a dedicated and caring team of professionals like this - made all the difference. Congratulations on surrounding yourself with stars like these who make North Star Diagnostic Imaging shine. Give them the raises they deserve!

This 5 star is for the nurse technician who does the mammogram at flower mound. She is very helpful and extremely kind. Thank You!
