Wow, food is delish and affordable! Highly recommend these guys!

I gave a lot of the prepared-meal(shipped to house) companies a try before I discovered TruFit. Their meals are both tasty and nutritious and the staff are wonderful. A few tweaks here and there and they'll get a 5 star next year.

This place is awesome! I’m a bariatric patient and this is my favorite place to grab lunch during my lunch break that I know will be as delicious as it is healthy. Everyone who works there has been so nice, and I always finish my meal feeling satisfied, nourished and re-energized!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the food and the amazing people who work here. I have some pretty specific dietary needs and these lovely ladies have worked to make sure I can get exactly what I need and it all tastes so good. I did not think what my doctor had asked me to do would be possible and quite honestly I was failing on my own. Enter in Tru Fit Foods and now I see I can do it and be happy while doing it. I cannot thank you all enough! My entire family loves the meals.

TruFit Foods has been a lifesaver and has been more than accommodating to everyone throughout this crazy pandemic.

Personally, they continue to help me maintain and reach my fitness & nutrition goals.

They have always catered to my needs, and allowed for curbside pickup, or when it’s not busy I can walk right in to pick up!

It’s always incredibly clean, delicious, and they are always over the top with customer service!!!
