Office staff was very pleasant!! Dr. Pickard was very thorough explaining the procedure that was necessary. I would recommend him and his staff. They did a very good job in making me feel comfortable.

Office staff are helpful, efficient and accommodating. Dr. Pickard makes you feel like maybe you grew up with him at school, one of the guys you hung out with. Easy to understand, easy to know what to expect and which things might be a cause for changing the game plan. Mild mannered but clearly experienced and has the patients' worries in mind.

Dr. Lance Pickard was excellent in my first visit with him today. He had reviewed my issues based on the referral from my primary care doctor. which allowed him to ask intelligent follow-up questions. He seemed caring and concerned about me, and did not appear hurried. I left his office with a treatment plan including what medications to take. He urged me to contact his nurse with follow-up questions and to report on my progress. I had a great first session with Dr. Pickard and am hopeful of achieving better performance with his help. I have been going to Dr. Pickard's office for a number of years. The thing I like the most about it is the caring staff and most importantly, the caring doctor. Dr. Pickard has always listened well to my issues and been very aggressive in treatments for various things. Last year, I had a couple of kidney stone issues for the first time, and through the process, he was most attentive to resolving my issues, scheduling procedures and remedying any pain I was having as quickly as possible. He was available at any time of the day if needed which is so helpful when a crisis arises. I have always found his office staff to be very personable, and rarely have I ever experienced any delays at my appointments to see him. The only delay I have ever had was when Dr. Pickard was tending to another patient who was in a crisis. So having grace for that was definitely easy, because if I have a crisis, he was there for me! I have even been able to get worked in quickly for an appointment if I was experiencing an issue that required immediate attention. Dr. Pickard and his staff are the best!
