The only challenges I have ran into is the newer receptionists and getting retainers made after the fact. A two day process that requires appointments and time away from work mid-day to 3D print plastic is a bit rough in this day and age. Looking into other options for retainers.”

“My dad finally found a true home at Flower Mound Assisted Living. Given its relatively small size, it feels like a true community (a small-town environment if you will) as opposed to a "facility." This also means that residents and families are able to truly get to know the staff. (You don't have 30 care givers trying to relay messages between shifts.) So the continuity of care is wonderful. They've recently made some significant improvements as well. I love this place, and so does my dad.”
