I've been seeing Dr. Long and his nursing and office family for over 20 years. He has taken special interests in my health and worked with me to address each one successfully. He gets to the root cause and works together with me to come up with a solution. Highly recommend!

Dr Long is one of the best. He has taken great care of me. Dont know if I would be alive without him.

Convenient location and plenty of free parking.

I have been going here for 6 months. I was worried after reading some reviews. But I've been happy. I go in a lot. They were the only PCP in the area accepting new patients that I could find that would see me within a week or two, versus everyone else had a 2 month wait. I had some thyroid issues I needed to be seen sooner rather than later. I see the PA, Mandy, she is really thorough, and has been great at managing my medication. They can draw blood on site which is nice, I was even able to get a thyroid sonogram in their office, which was also very convenient. They always have appointments, same day for sick. They are responsive to phone calls and nurses return your messages within a few hours. I have even had the PA call me and speak to me directly over the phone a few times. And on her day off they have sent her a message and she responded. The ONLY reason I give 4 stars instead of 5, there is a receptionist/scheduler that comes off as rude, I honestly don't think she intends to be, she's just very outspoken and direct and I think that's her personality. I know customer service is a big deal in this line of work so some people may be offended (hence the lower star reviews), but I get over it bc the rest of the office operations and the staff is great and efficient. I don't have to wait 30 min after my appointment time, I am seen by the Dr/PA within 5-10 after I walk into the door.
