“I had never been to this location, but I had the pleasure of taking my grandson to get his haircut the other day. I must say that hair salons have changed a lot since I’ve visited them. The staff was extra friendly and accommodated us, even though we did not have an appointment. I must say I thoroughly enjoyed therefreshments while I waited for my grandson to be done with his awesome haircut. Highly recommend this establishment.”

“Great experience! Ella was pleasant, attentive and gave me great tips and suggestions. She is more interested in repeat business than selling you some sort of ridiculously expensive package. I needed a same day appointment. She fit me in on a Saturday. Make sure to call as she doesn't see email request for appointments immediately. She also communicates via text which is a bonus! Her focus is skincare. She doesn't do injectables. She's ideal for treating active acne breakouts and scarring, brightening, fine lines, improving texture and overall skin appearance. She offers sculpting services, enzyme treatments, peels and several different types of micro needling procedures. I really enjoyed my experience. I had a deluxe hydra facial which took a little over an hour to complete. I've had many hydra facials in my lifetime and her hydra facial is much more thorough with newer technology and serums. I already scheduled my next visit. I love supporting local small businesses. The suite location was a tad confusing. Her suite is located at the back of the building. I'm attaching photos to help. She's great. A wonderful experience.”

“Brian Meusborn is a fantastic doctor. He's helped me learn so much about my health and I wouldn't know I was misdiagnosed with ADHD as a kid and was actually Bipolar II if he hadn't listened to my concerns and got me to the referrals I needed. The only issue I ever have is with some of the staff as the front desk. They aren't exactly the friendliest group sometimes, and they can get confused when looking at your information. One tried to tell me I had NOTHING on my deductible for the year yet, when in fact I've gone way over the deductible now and I had to have an agent from my insurance company explain it to her. The girl got offended that my agent had to force her to tell us what the average price for our visit should be, it was like pulling teeth to get an answer, even though it's pretty reasonable to want to know the average ball park of payment so you're actually prepared. So the doctors and nurses are fantastic, but their staff at the front desk and who answer the phones? Yeah, they aren't very good.”

Dr.N is a wonderfully experienced eye doctor and every single time I go to see her, it feels like her concern is only for my eye health. “Come to your appointment with questions because he will not give you the necessary information unless you ask. He was in my room for a full 2.5 minutes today, which is quite a lot for him. He truly needs to relearn his people skills. We want to know what is going on with our bodies and he briefly if at all explains what is going on then quickly leaves the room. I have an appointment in one month but did not know why or what it is about. His very nice nurses and other staff had to explain the reason as to why I am returning to see him. It seems that he only cares about you when you are in for surgery and when you return for surgery. Dr. Cantrell please give us just another minute or two of your time and try to explain in layman’s terms what is going on. Looking at pictures of an MRI does absolutely nothing for me. I am not an orthopedist and therefore can not analyze these images. I hope he and you all will take this information to heart. From information I was given the surgery was “perfect.” I guess I will find out. Thank you”
