(May 3, 2020, 11:55 am)Moon and Owl Marketing was with a big, national bank as the COVID crisis hit. We applied for PPP and got no communication for the big bank. THEN WE SWITCHED to Access Bank, and wow, what a difference in customer service. Cody Earley walked us all the way through the PPP process, got us approved, and even got the other small business owner's I sent his way approved. We will be switching all our business over for sure!
