Awesome place, great and informative staff! Lincoln was very kind and even gave a tour. The freezer box you get in for the cryotherapy was super cool and you get to listen to music while your in there. I will definitely be back!

Best Cryo place around! Very clean, crisp, and beautiful interior. I hate the cold and have been putting off trying cryotherapy forever. I REGRET not trying it sooner!. It was amazing. I was sold after my 1st 3min session. I feel better, recover faster, and more. Plus the staff here is INCREDIBLE! Made it so easy to decide to get a membership. Can't wait to try their facial/beauty services!

Clean and modern! The facility is super COOL - literally 😉 but honestly, the staff is incredibly kind and educational. Got a small tour of the place, you put on a cute lil snow outfit (robe, slipper boots, ear warmers, etc.) and step into a large freezer for a few minutes. I’ve never done cryo before, just ice baths through college. This is a must try and an even more MUST visit location!
