(December 28, 2021, 1:40 pm)The Frisco Family YMCA is a great place for families and people who want a community-focused fitness/wellness experience. I coached sports there for a few years, and after I learned about how much of a difference the Y makes, I decided to join the Board. This is a place where everybody is welcome. It’s clean and they will not turn anybody away, because they provide support for young athletes and families that may need it.
(March 5, 2021, 1:54 pm)Rachel from HiFitness is amazing. It is truly a spiritual experience and makes you feel like you are part of a family. Every time I come out of the class I not only feel physically better but spiritually stronger.
