From start to finish ( still waiting on biopsy results), verifying insurance benefits prior to scheduling my appointment over the phone, sending an easy online portal to complete forms, and making an appointment for the requested time was done with ease. Then the appointment with Dr. Kim was very thorough and efficient. She answered all my questions prior to my anticipated procedure and was after completely numbing the area, she was able to get a biopsy sample on the spot in less than five minutes. Highly recommend making an appointment with Dr. Kim for any dermatological needs.
