  I moved here in July and I have absolutely loved my experience! The property is very well managed and maintained. The staff are all friendly and accommodating, always available to help as needed. The maintenance crew are superb at keeping the building clean, safe, and beautiful! I have never seen so much as even a spider in my apartment. It puts my heart at rest knowing I can be at ease and feel safe at the travis!

  Just want to say thank you to Cindy - property manager for helping me chose a place to live. From asking me what was important to me and showing me the complex and what view I was going to have is very well appreciated and such a great visual. She Explained in detail and helped me tremendously to plan accordingly. I really recommend this place. Great Customer Service and such a really nice place. I had also questioned all the reviews with the car wheels but just as we were walking property some guys were adding cameras. I am so impressed. Not all reviews are true.

  I had an amazing moving in experience with this apartment community beginning with the outstanding service of Nicole! We traveled from Massachusetts two months prior to expected move in day with limited time to secure an apartment. We were a bit stressed with planning a move across country but Nicole made this process seamless. She’s also from MA too! She was so friendly, knowledgeable, personable and welcoming. The property is beautiful but her energy definitely was the deciding factor of choosing the Travis as our new home. We are so happy with our decision and are loving this community so far. It was also nice to see Nicole again once we moved in. Thank you for everything!

  The Travis is without a doubt an excellent place to live at. I had several apartment options to choose from in the Frisco/Prosper/Little Elm, but found the Travis was the best choice for me. The leasing consultants and community manager (Nicole, Meghan, Bella, and Allison) are always very friendly, helpful , and receptive to answering any questions or concerns I may have. The building is very clean, modern, and safe with superior amenities (pool, workout facility, and cafe). Sergio and Jimmy do a great job of keeping the building clean and well maintained, and are also very friendly. I truly enjoy living in this community and would have no hesitation to highly recommend the Travis to anyone looking for an apartment in this area!

  We love residing at Travis as it is easily one of the best places we have ever lived in. It’s located right at the heart of 380 accessible to growing number of shopping areas and fisd schools.
  
  What I love most is their indoor covered garage parking and storage facility. We recently moved in and have number of shipping boxes and this add on storage facility comes in very handy for us. Above all, Nicole has been amazingly supportive with our quick move in and helping us in getting to know the place around. Not to mention their quick maintenance support and courtesy officer in the house ensuring extra security and safety for this amazing place!!!
