Adore this team! Victoria, David, Andy, and several others went above and beyond to answer an obscene number of questions and ensure we were well taken care of. My husband and I received a warm welcome and were made to feel comfortable while trying to find the right bikes for us. The Bike Mart team listened and guided us toward exactly what we needed and nothing more. We’re looking forward to returning and making more purchases in the future!
This has been the best bike shop I have ever visited. The store has really nice selection, and the shop is absolutely amazing. Alver is so knowledgeable and personable. He really went off his way to help me…. I wanted to upgrade my older frame to newer components where pretty much every component faced a challenge. The hub could not fit the new cassette, the brakes required adapters and different size rotors, we were not sure if we could route the di2 cables, etc. etc. It was an almost impossible project and he made it all happen, never compromising on safety nor performance. I can’t say enough about what a pleasure it was working with him and how satisfied I am with the outcome. I will be a customer of this store for life.
Hart is RAD and knows his stuff and remembers me by name. Everyone at the New store is awesome. I feel like I’m at home when I come in.
Everyone I’ve dealt with from the manager to the service dept has been helpful and kind.
( Update) I went in today and saw that many more bikes have been stocked and I was greeted right away. Big change from last time.
(Original Review) I want to start out by saying that my purpose in posting this review is to help improve the RBM experience and not to just aimlessly opine. I love bike mart and my first experience at the Frisco location was 5/5 stars. I went to the prosper location today because it was a few minutes closer to my house and it was sorely disappointing. They very sparse selection of bikes and only had 1 bike with the group set that I was looking for. (Shimano 105 is a very common group set.) That bike was not even close to my size.
The gentleman that helped my was nice enough but was not very knowledgeable at all in terms of bike parts/spec levels. I know this location is new and it may just be growing pains. In the meantime I will go back to Frisco. I do hope to visit prosper again soon and find things have changed though.
Awesome and friendly staff. Walked right in with my kids bike that was having chain issues. They not only checked it out but made the quick fix and even tightened the steering wheel with no hassle. I will definitely be back to buy my next bike.
