The owner and his children were immensely empathetic to our situation. I was genuinely appreciative during a time that could’ve been even more frustrating than it already was, as no one wants to have their car towed. Everyone has a job to do, as we all need to feed our children and I for one was/still am grateful for your kindness. I’m embarrassed that can’t remember the beautiful young lady who is at the front desk but… don’t forget to stay away from those energy drinks 😉 and the young man… take care of your ol man. Glitch in my apartments parking permit system led my car being towed and ended up at this facility. Beyond frustrated I reach there and met with Roy. Must say, excellent customer service and gave a speedy check out process. Great humour and helpful nature made me forget the hassle. .

Star Vehicle storage has literally been a life saver!! They were very welcoming and kind! I had a complex situation that they made extremely simple and they saved me money by offering their tow service! I’m so grateful for them!! They have truly been a life saver!!

Roy was awesome and extremely helpful. This place is nothing but honest and professional. They know what they are doing, and they do it correctly.
I have also used their other service, Pro Tow, and I had the same experience.

Although it was under bad circumstances, Lyndie and Roy were absolutely wonderful! Not only are both retired military, but they were over the top friendly, caring and professional!
