Honest, knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy...I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and their staff. We have used on multiple occasions, but most recently we had them out to repair a slab leak. They took the time to discuss repair options with us and our insurance. The team was efficient and affordable. Matthew took the time to answer ALL of my questions! We were very pleased and will continue to use them.

I just had Legacy Plumbing replace my 2 gas hot water heaters in my attic. Steven and Logan did the install. I was so very impressed with their professionalism. From the estimate to the install to the cleanup to the receipt. It was all far more professional than I have had in the past from other similar types of dealings. The use guys did an amazing install and upgraded things that were needing upgrading. I feel so lucky that I chose this company to handle this. I chose them based on their ratings and I think I made the right choice! 5 stars!!!

Cole did an outstanding job. He was very professional and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. What really impressed me about Legacy was the entire operation. When I called to book an appointment they let me know they didn't have availability until the next day. When I indicated I really needed a fix the same day, they understood and suggested I call other plumbers and gave me a price range that would be reasonable for my issue so I'd know if I was getting a good deal. I decided to book with them regardless of the wait. Then they had a cancellation and moved me up. They called to confirm it would be ok. Then they sent me a link to a picture and profile of the plumber who would be making my repair. The entire operation was super professional. This is the best experience I've ever had with a plumber! Highly recommended!

We were having some minor issues with our faucet and the hot water heater simultaneously (non-emergent.) I called and 48 hours later Logan from Legacy Plumbing arrived on-time and ready. Everything was great! To make it even better he shared some expertise with me on some items around the house that were coming up, which potentially saved me hundreds of dollars in the future! I will definitely use them for my plumbing needs.

Alex and Sam came out and did some repairs. They were professional, thorough and courteous. I was very satisfied with all the work done. Took the time to answer any questions I had and also explain the work they were doing.
