I see the google ratings are low, but I would love for everyone to take a moment to read this. Ms. Dani was fantastic and went above and beyond for me to start my membership and become a family member to BBVA once again. I will again and again refer BBVA to anyone and everyone not just for their banking needs. The service they provided was quick and easy and more than just one member of their branch was willing to participate in answering all my questions. I can truly say, I was treated as a valued customer and a BBVA member of the family. BBVA is an outstanding place to bank and arrange finances as well as plan for the future. The BBVA mobile banking app is well organized and you can find everything you need there without the hassle of a phone call to customer care or a visit to the branch.
