Update October 2021 - A very efficient and thorough office and staff. Dr. Paulsen makes us feel very comfortable and well informed. We couldn’t be happier with our care here. October 2020: My wife and I recently retired to this area and were fortunate enough to find this wonderful practice. A pleasant lobby and eyeglass area with a staff that is attentive, informative, and very ready to help. As brand new patients we were left with the impression as though we were already regular patients. We both received excellent care from Dr. Amber Paulsen. She is attentive, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and takes the time to speak with you about your exam results and your eye care needs. We are very thankful for finding Frisco Family Vision!

I called for an appointment to check my eye, which had started hurting just the night before. They were able to fit me in for an exam the same day, which I really appreciate (I think they're usually pretty busy).

Staff was nice and professional. Dr Biederman was very warm, answered all of my questions without making me feel stupid, and was able to get my eye injury sorted out very quickly.
