I would like to express my appreciation for help I received recently from my manager Kelly at Legacy storage. I have been with this storage location for seven years and have never missed or been late with a payment. So when I I received an e-mail telling me that my payment was being increased by 28% per month I was stunned! When I brought this to the attention my Manager, Kelly, she took down all of my information and said she would look into it for me.
