Pretty Good Thai dining restaurant. After visiting once for dinner we thought of trying Lunch Special and we loved it.
We ordered Pad Thai with egg drop soup ( soup of the day) along with Tofu fry. My friend ordered Pad Woon Sen with crab rangoon and egg drop soup. Service is quick and Ambience is decent and clean. They also have lot of vegetarian options. Do try.
Tom Yum soup was really good, but the Beef Pad See Ew was okay. I just didn't like the Chinese broccoli. I usually do, but theirs was a bit too bitter for me. The restaurant is cute and classy looking. They even have a bar. I would go here again. Probably try a different dish.
As vegetarians and fans of Thai food, this is one of my favorite places in the Prosper-Frisco area. There are other places too - but spice, the curry or soup flavor - you want it just right and this place hits the spot for me. The Tom Yum soup and the drunken noodles are family hits. The red curry is my go to comfort food. If you've never had them, try the sweet corn cakes - worth a shot.
Bonus - Well stocked bar - although we've never tried it.
Edit April 2023 - The lace is under new management and has a new name. But the food taste is still the same 👍🏼
My family and I stopped in on the way home from the airport. The restaurant was comfortable and nicely decorated. We ordered the crab rangoons and baby egg rolls for appetizers, highly recommended. The crab rangoons are light flakey crispy with a ton of cream filling unlike rangoons you find elsewhere. The baby egg rolls are very flavorful and was quickly gobbled up. We will definitely order these again. My family ordered the orange sesame chicken, thai fried rice, pineapple fried rice and Orange Popeye (kids menu) for dinner. All of the dishes were clearly freshly prepared and the flavors were incredible. I just finished the left over pineapple fried rice and orange sesame chicken for breakfast... very tasty. Service was fast and very friendly. I enjoyed meeting Jet from the restaurant, super nice guy. I am kicking myself in the tail for not trying this place sooner. We will definitely be back often!
This restaurant purchased Yummy Thai and changed the name, same place. The menu has also changed a little. I had noodle soup, it was really good! I had crispy vegetable spring rolls they could have been better. No flavor or seasoning, but good portion. All of the portions were good sizes for the prices.
I will say that when they ask you spice levels they just dump more Thai chili pepper flakes. I enjoy a restaurant that uses fresh Thai chili pepper, this makes the dish more fresh. If you want spicy you just get more powder floating around the soup and it isn’t that spicy. I asked for a spice level 4 and it wasn’t spicy at all. the Flavor was very good just not spicy.
