Al is amazing! Al helped me and my fiance on purchasing our very first home and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. He constantly made sure to communicate with us and reinsured us with any questions we had during the entire transaction - we don't only call him as our realtor but also part of our family. I truly recommend him not only as a relator, but also due to his overall knowledge of a real-estate transaction. Thankful to have found him and he is our forever realtor for any future transactions.

I was introduced to Al by my son who moved to Texas due to work promotion and I followed to be with family. Al was my sons relator and had nothing but good things to say so it was an easy decision. Al was great in all roles a relator performs and went beyond several times. He is a Professional, Responsive, Knowledgeable within the real estate industry. He knows what to look for when showing houses. It's not only about the sale but making the client happy with a good quality home. He has a great attention to detail. He is always available for questions or helping with whatever needs to be done. Having Al as your relator definitely is a value add to the overall process.

There are not enough kind things to say about Al Denson. We have worked on multiple transactions together and he puts everything he's got into making sure his clients are taken care of at the highest level.
I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. He will make sure you stay informed every step of the way!

Al carried us through a long-distance relocation to Texas. He acted as much more than a realtor, perhaps "relocation agent" would be more appropriate. He helped our son find an apartment, explained the nuances of home construction and Texas clay soils, gave us expert advice on local plants and gardening (with some help from his Master Gardener wife), and introduced us to some of the nation's best barbecue, just to name a few times he went the extra mile. He is very patient, kind, and always quick to respond, showing determination over an entire year due to conditions beyond our control. He provided masks, booties, gloves, and hand sanitizer as we continued our search through the beginning of the COVID-19 season. We love the neighborhood and the house we ended up in and will definitely call on Al when it's time for our kids to find a new home!
Al was very helpful throughout the home buying process advocating on my behalf with the builder. He would send regular updates and what needs to be done when and is always by his phone to pick your calls when you have questions. I will surely recommend him to any one buying a home especially first time home owners. He is awesome.
