I tell everyone I know about Dr.Lad. I love the culture at Breakaway, it’s inclusive, positive and they guarantee you leave in a better mood than you came in with. They genuinely care about making you feel better and fixing your pain issues. I suffered with upper back and neck pain for years and beyond adjustments, they provided me with exercises and stretches to help at home.

I have been to a few places and all of them before this one havent been great. This place is actually really amazing. They do all over care, all of the staff are really funny and nice. Dr. Lad and his team are really amazing at what they do! I have always had neck and back pain and actually ended up having a pinched nerve at C5 in my neck. I had continuous pain in my arm and numbness in my right hand. Dr. Lad was great at explaining everything to me and quick at diagnosing the issue. We immediately started treatment on my neck and back. He also gave me tons of helpful exercises to complete at home to help with the discomfort. After 2 weeks of treatment, the pinched nerve resolved on its own, and my neck and back feel great. Definitely going to continue to see him long term to keep my neck and back healthy.
