Tricia is amazing and the work she does is too. My son who is 8 has adhd and has had major changes in just his first session. Went from not taking responsibility to taking responsibility for his actions. No matter the consequences. He was very angry to have to take the time out of his day to get his first session done. Now that he is done with his main sessions he wants more which he will go back for maintenance. He is more willing to help and guide his little sister. If someone is upset about something he’s the first to try and help them. He did it to some extent before but now he’s the first one. It’s just amazing to see the difference in him and I’m excited to see the difference in my other two kids.

Tricia is an angel, I can't say enough wonderful things about her and her services. My daughter and I have had many sessions in the last couple of years and they have been a God send. I suffer from high anxiety and sleep issues. Tricia's treatment have helped me tremendously so now I only go for an occasional tune up.

I absolutely love my treatments I get with Tricia. I suffer with a lot of anxiety and other issues and one thing that had become a big issue was going over overpasses (which we have a ton of in this area) and one of the first things I noticed after my first couple sessions is I no longer have panic attacks on over passes! I even went on the high five the other day with zero issues! This by far not the only way these treatments have helped, but definitely one of the easier ones to articulate! If you’re struggling with your mental health, I highly recommend adding Tricia to you self care regimen!

I was referred to The Aligned Mind Dallas by a friend and could not be more pleased with my experience. I sought out Tricia for depression, addiction, better sleep, and a clearer mind and boy howdy did she come through! Not only is she trained and seeks out new research to apply to her method but she is the sweetest thing and truly cares for her clients. I am a 43 year old wife and mom, sober from alcohol for almost 13 years and clean from oxycodone addiction for one whole year. I'm even weaning off the antidepressant I've been on for over 4 years. I cannot recommend Tricia enough!!
The method she uses is far more gentle than my understanding of regular neurofeedback. I have not had a single side effect from micro current neurofeedback and I've been told regular neurofeedback can induce headaches, nausea, and vomiting. I've even gotten my son to see her and we have seen a huge difference in him! I recommend her constantly to friends and family. And in my opinion, her price point is more than fair especially based on all I've gained from her treatments! Now I just go in when I can sense I need another session.
