Dr Jenkins is outstanding! He has the kindest bedside manner and his staff is so friendly. I love that he takes the time to listen and solve my medical concerns. The value of care our family receives far exceeds the cost of the concierge fee. Investing in my health was a decision I don’t regret.

My husband and I have gone to Dr. Jenkins for years. When he changed to concierge, we were hesitant to join at first because we stay active and healthy, but deciding to join him has been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made for our family. Not only can we call him directly with questions any time (even after normal business hours), he also has time to sit down with us and be our true family doctor who understands all our family history, who has covered details no other doctor has ever had the time to do! He’s very personable, a straight-shooter, will be honest and let you know if he needs to do a little more research ...and he has the best assistant ever, we absolutely adore him and Kajal!

I've seen Dr. Jenkins for 5 plus years following him from when he was at Baylor to North Texas Preferred Health Partners. He's competent, engaged and responsive. His nurse Kajal and staff are also fantastic. If you haven't tried concierge medicine, it's worth it. I'm healthy and don't go to the doc much, but am glad to have the quick access when I need it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR JENKINS AND THEIR STAFF!

I started seeing Dr Jenkins about 7 years ago and have always been impressed by his knowledge, professionalism, and care. I selected him because of his stellar reviews and awards at the time. His move to concierge care left me feeling a little anxious, but I opted to stay with him and quickly learned the value. At his former practice, just a well health visit had a 6 month wait time, and same-day sick visits were nearly impossible or scheduled with nurse practitioners. At the new practice, it and any other concerns have been a same-day visit with Dr Jenkins. He takes time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis, course of care, and even answers e-mails during his vacation time or after hours. Anyone considering concierge care should definitely take the plunge, and Dr Jenkins is by far one of the best you’ll find in the area.

I am a 65 year old male and a patient of Dr. Jenkins for more than four years. My experience with Dr. Jenkins and his staff has been so positive that I decided to write this review. Have you ever been ill and called your primary doctor's office only to find they can't see you for a week? Or more? You will not have that experience with Dr. Jenkins. It is easy to schedule an appointment convenient for you, and his staff goes out of their way to make you feel special. When you arrive at his office, you are greeted with a warm smile and a cheerful voice. The reception area is welcoming with comfortable seating and your pick of assorted drinks and snacks. The office and exam rooms are clean and professional in appearance. Everyone is conscientious and respectful of your time. I have not waited more than a couple of minutes before I am courteously greeted again and then escorted to an exam room. Dr. Jenkins is empathetic and has a warm, friendly bedside manner. He is professional and very thorough. My favorite part about being a patient of Dr. Jenkins and his staff is their availability by phone – extraordinary! So, if you want to experience what excellent medical care is like, I highly recommend Dr. Jenkins as your primary care physician.
