Edit - the doctors office reached out and the issue was promptly resolved

I have both my kids and extended family with this PCP from birth and recommended several friends here. While we are thoroughly impressed by Dr Sridharan’s abilities, the nurse and staff are we are seeing for a couple of years now and they keep changing. We had a worst experience recently - came in for an appointment at 3, didn’t get seen till 4.15, then nurse was rude and gave no clear answers about my child’s ear infection. It’s like they simply didn’t have the empathy or care, may be they are over worked, but that’s a problem for the business.

Just have to say the staff is always welcoming and helpful. They greet you in such a kind manner bring my kids here all the time and I’ve never had any issues from the front person to the doctor I’ve always had a great visit here. And would recommend anyone to bring there kids to this fine establishment.

Ms. Tina, the nurse practitioner at the Frisco location, was awesome. she was very knowledgeable, very interactive and warm with my kids, and thorough in the check up. I’m so happy we experienced a healthcare provider like her. You don’t run into many who are passionate about their jobs anymore.

We are so incredibly thrilled that we chose Natural Pediatrics in Frisco! Our Pediatrician, Dr. Lata Shridharan is extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and has amazing bedside manner. She really connects with our Violet, and she is extremely thorough. Her innovative approach to Medicine is both scientific and holistic, which sets her far above her peers. We never feel that we are being rushed out the door, and she takes her time to fully answer all of our questions. Her staff is very friendly and courteous. They always go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that you are completely satisfied as a patient. Also, the entire doctor's office is absolutely spotless, and the restrooms are super clean, as well! There is never a long wait, and they never double book patients. We definitely recommend this phenomenal physician!
