  Excellent dental office! From the second you walk in until you leave, the entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients, and it's clear that it's a priority to them that their patients have a positive experience. Dr. Yates is fantastic and explains things clearly. She makes an effort to get to know her patients and she's very involved, present and approachable. Very pleased with my experience and will most definitely return.

  The staff was great and very friendly and on time. The smiles was warm and welcoming. I will most definitely be back and will be referring others! The music was great as well wonderful vibes!

  I recently visited Frisco Dental Group and from the moment I walked in was met with smiles and excellent service. From the Office Manager, Justice to Dr. Yates herself. I typically don’t like visits to the dentist, but was introduced to nitrous for my procedure which was recommended to ease my anxiety. Dr Yates, was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I came in for X-rays and routine cleaning and ChanMarie and Chasity were both friendly and efficient in helping me along through the process of my treatment. Overall a 10/10 experience and I will definitely be recommending my family and friends!

  Where do I start? Dr Yates and her entire team are amazing. My husband visited this office with tooth discomfort and I should mention he has dental anxiety, states his experience was nothing less than STELLAR. Dr Yates, a very knowledgeable dentist took care of his dental needs, did it efficiently and kept him at ease all the time, she had him out of pain and came up with a treatment plan that took care of his immediate needs and preventative needs too. Chan was the best dental assistant and is very experienced which helped with my hubs’ anxiety. Justice at the front desk offered financial options and we never felt like we didn’t have a choice. They worked with our schedule and always made themselves available for a quick check in. My husband says he won’t go anywhere else, he’s completely changed his perspective about dental offices. Thank you!!

  My experience was amazing from the beginning all the way to the end. Justice was amazing with getting me scheduled and when it came to paying she explained everything throughly. Dr. Yates is the best dentist hands down! She was absolutely amazing. Best dental experience I’ve had! She made me feel so comfortable and made sure to explain everything she was doing.
  
  If you’re looking for a dentist look no further. Dr Yates and her team are the best!
  
  Thank you ladies for a great experience. It was so good I had to bring my kids the next day.
