Only went in because of my granddaughter, still pretty cool store for teens, cost me 70 dollars, she's worth that and more..!!

Personally, the store smells weird and some of the people who work there creep me out. However, one time I came into the store and i ran into the hottest person ever. idk if they are male or female but i did recognize they introduced themselves as shmikey or something? anyways they provided the absolute best customer service and everytime i go to zumiez i always make sure it’s on a tuesday so i run into them. you guys NEED to give them more hours so i can run into them more. my only complaint is that they snort when they laugh and its kind of weird. i am obsessed with shmikey and ibwill make sure they become my husband one day

I went here for my first skate board and the worker there was extremely nice. He showed us to everything he wanted and he even gave us a 10% discount!

Smaller than some stores. This location always has the latest, high-end merch-drops available. Store manager is very knowledgeable, and has hands on skate-experience so he can really recommend a good skateboard/longboard.
For smaller name brands I would go to the grapevine location.
