I have been a patient of Dr Phipps for many years. He’s the best and highly recommend him.

Wife Jean and I have been patients of Dr. Phipps for several years, both in his former Flower Mound office and now in his current Highland Village office. We feel he is an excellent physician and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He is thorough, communicates well, and is highly knowledgeable and up-to-date in performing regular checkups and in diagnosing and treating problematic conditions. He has a very personable and efficient Highland Village front-office staff, along with a very capable treatment-room staff. Being a God-centered practice strengthens our recommendation.

Dr. Phipps & his office staff are so accommodating and have taken wonderful care of me for about 2 years now. He is very smart, thinks outside of the box, and is always willing to go the extra mile to meet the needs of his patients. 10/10 highly recommend.

Dr.Phipps really cares about his patients; he takes his time at each visit to answer your concerns. If I ever need an appointment, his staff always works something with me to be able to see him. If I ever need refills on my meds they get done in a fast timely manner.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Phipps for close to a decade and I have never had a better experience with a Primary Care Physician. Dr. Phipps has been so thorough and accurate with his diagnoses and he has just been incredible in the way he has established rapport and relationship with me as a patient. Being close to the same age, I feel that I relate particularly well with him; however my daughter in her 20s feels the same way. She’s had some tricky issues that he has solved and he has become a trusted PCP for her as well. Can’t recommend Lowell enough!
