Cryo Nation Highland Village

They have the newest and best cryo machines I have ever tried. Friendly staff and the decompression machine helped me with my back pain. Highly recommend this facililty for your recovery/rehab needs

Cryo Nation is a warm and friendly environment! Asad and his staff are super friendly and helpful. I’ve been coming for the last few months and I enjoy being in. I do Cryotherapy and the compression therapy sleeves and I love it! I jammed my ankle and did localized cryotherapy and it brought the inflammation down by 90%. They also sell Oxygen water and it has helped with my digestive system! Highly recommended!

I sincerely recommend Cryo Nation, specifically the Highland Village location. I am D1 collegiate soccer player, and this is my go-to place for treatment on my sore muscles or any kind of injury that I may have. They are seriously some of the nicest, most helpful people who truly want nothing but the best for you! Whenever I come home from school, I make every effort to go in and see them. Love this place and these people!!!!

Great location and great service. I really enjoyed working with Sarah and Kenni. This was my first time here and they were very transparent and walked me through the entire process. This was the best Cryo Experience I have ever had! I got the coldest I’ve been and within record time. I also really enjoyed their leg sleeves! I recommend checking them out soon!
