The workout is hard but quick only 30 minutes. I can see the results.
Love the short HIIT workouts that keep your body guessing. The trainers are all amazing, knowledgeable and provide modifications for injuries or skill level. The energy and family atmosphere keeps me coming back each day!
This is an incredible place to workout and the first time I’ve been able to truly create a habit of working out! There is something new everyday and you can do anything for 30 minutes. Everyone is so supportive and happy to be working out, and that builds you up! It is what the name says, Every Level Fitness. It’s all about meeting you at your level of fitness and pushing you to be your best and healthiest self! The coaches say it best: It’s progression, not perfection! Definitely the place for you if you want to be in a community that supports a healthy and fun lifestyle change!
I started Every Level Fitness a little over 3 years ago as part of their 6 week challenge and haven't looked back. I was looking for something that improved my overall fitness, flexibility, and weight control but also something that was fun unlike the boring normal gym. Needless to say, I found it. The workouts are just 35 minutes and different every day so it keeps your body guessing. Since the workout is planned and set up before you arrive, all you have to do is show up. All exercises can be modified or intensified to challenge your current fitness level. The best part may be the trainers and members. I can't say enough about how hard the trainers work to plan the workouts, assist during the workout and hold you accountable throughout the process. Members become friends who encourage you and love to celebrate your wins. If you are looking for something outside the normal boring gym routine or maybe not even sure where you need to begin on your fitness journey, you should definitely give Every Level Fitness a try.
I am in my 3rd week at this boot camp style gym and I cannot say enough good things about it! The coaches and the other participants are so positive and helpful. I LOVE it! I actually look forward to working out for the first time in a long time.
Update: I have been a member at Every Level Fitness for 4 months now and still love it more than any other fitness program I’ve ever done ( and I’ve done a lot of them lol). The coaches and other members positivity is contagious. I am feeling stronger and able to do so much more than when I started. Looking forward to more awesome results!
