(April 8, 2023, 8:55 am)This park has a beach front. Many spacious picnic areas under cover, with grill and tables over looking water front. Hiking trail too!
(March 13, 2022, 6:14 pm)I believe that most people end up here just because they wanted to see the Wichita Forest which is closed off for the public. This is a small park with available BBQ places and boat ramps with beautiful lake views. There's a small trail which takes about 30 minutes to complete. I also noticed that there's a beach volleyball court.
(April 27, 2020, 10:35 pm)I really liked walking around this small woodsy park. Lots of birds, rabbits, and flowers. Good place for a picnic or bbq with view of the lake. Connected to a trail that goes north up Sellmyer St. and goes east around (and into) Wichita Forest and over to Lions Club Park and beyond.
