Montana at Bowery Park

We moved here in mid May and we love it here!!! The apartment is very upscale with very nice amenities ( granite /marble countertops, wood laminate floors, high ceilings, lots of windows to bring the light in, stainless steel appliances, tall baseboards, wood blinds to name a few ) We also have found that the office staff is very responsive , kind and professional. We had some concerns when we moved in and they were addressed immediately. We also have a wonderful patio view which allowed me to display my many plants. We have zero complaints at this time about our new apartment, the staff or the amenities at Montana at Bowery. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone.

The time that I have spent here has been amazing. I was sad when I wasn’t able to renew my lease unfortunately I’m moving out of state. I really want to say thank you to the amazing staff . They have been so understanding and maintenance has always been a top priority for them.

Leasing staff is timely and understanding. I was able to get a 3 bedroom no problem. My apartment looks absolutely amazing. Best part is that there is the best donuts right next door. I also had a maintenance request for my toilet and AC. They were quick, professional and I have no repeating issues. Overall I enjoy living here.

Beautiful place and Wonderful people to work with. They are attentive and conscientious about their work. Highly recommend!
