Before learning about Skinny Performance Weight Loss program, I was defeated after trying almost everything out there to lose the baby weight I gained with my 2nd baby and, well, eating my way through quarantine. I tried keto, intermittent fasting, HCG, south beach diet, blood type recommendations, supplements, etc., with very little success, only to gain it all back and then some after. At the age of 61, following 2 hip replacements, with a heart arrhythmia, high blood pressure & struggling with my highest weight ever, I found myself at a crossroads. My life quality &, frankly, probably expectancy were significantly diminished. Understand that I have lost/gained weight & fought this battle throughout my life & was largely able to maintain in the 230-250 range for a number of years primarily via consistent & dedicated exercise. Age, arthritis, stress, bad eating habits, etc. all contributed to significant weight gain over the years that found me in the 290 lb. range. I couldn't get off of high center.

Most significantly this was demonstrated in my annual physical examination with my primary care physician of the past 20 years. This involved a stress test, EKG & full-blown review. Following my stress test & EKG's, my physician was so please to advise/show me that the extra heartbeat/arrhythmia was completely gone!! This had been consistently charted & watched for the past 8 years. When I asked my Doc how that happened, he advised that likely was the result of the loss of visceral fat around my heart & other organs. Cholesterol, triglycerides, blood pressure, blood sugars, etc. were also all at lows that had not been observed in years or decades.
