“I started Every Level Fitness a little over 3 years ago as part of their 6 week challenge and haven't looked back. I was looking for something that improved my overall fitness, flexibility, and weight control but also something that was fun unlike the boring normal gym. Needless to say, I found it. The workouts are just 35 minutes and different every day so it keeps your body guessing. Since the workout is planned and set up before you arrive, all you have to do is show up. All exercises can be modified or intensified to challenge your current fitness level. The best part may be the trainers and members. I can't say enough about how hard the trainers work to plan the workouts, assist during the workout and hold you accountable throughout the process. Members become friends who encourage you and love to celebrate your wins.
