Longmeadow Healthcare Center

I have a loved one currently at Longmeadow Healthcare Center. I’ve been happy with the care he has received. The receptionist is very welcoming and the therapy team is great. I would recommend this facility for anyone in the Justin area.

My good friend has been in Longmeadows since late 2015 for memory care. Being in a care facility is challenging for sure. Caring for every need of an individual is also very challenging. I can honestly say over the long haul, my friend has had the best care possible. She has been treated personally by many nurses and aides, who have been there from the beginning. All of the nursing staff, social workers, office personnel, physical therapists and activity director know my friend personally.

They have also helped me, personally, to do the things that I can do to visit her regularly and prompt me when there are papers to fill out. Honestly every care has been taken to care for my friend and I am ever so grateful on her behalf. Her illness has progressed and she is completely dependent now.

From what I have seen, the staff have given their "all" for the residents, particularly during the darker days of CoVid, putting care of the patients above their own safety. No one can ever be perfect every single hour for every single day. In my opinion, they need to be given Kudos and gratitude for the CARE they give our family members, from anyone that crosses their paths.

I have been here for almost 1 year and I am so happy with everything they do. They have the best therapy and nursing staff. I had so many problems for walking but therapy had trained me so well that I can walk without problems. I like the way the nurses and other staff on floor treat every residents like family. They are always helpful, kind and never hesitate to help me day or night. I always recommend this beautiful place to any one who need quality care.

These therapists are awesome! I came to them with a broken hip and didn’t want to move because I was in so much pain. They were so patient and encouraging that I really started looking forward to therapy. I am so much stronger now! And they make it fun. They’re all so nice and helpful it’s like doing therapy with a bunch of friends! I would highly recommend them.
