My RV

We recently purchased an RV from My RV and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a used RV to go here. Mark and his staff did everything they could to ensure we were happy with the camper and the experience of buying from My RV.

Very honest, sincere and well worth the drive to Justine to see what they have in stock. You could not find a more accommodating person as Mark is, very understanding and just a pleasure to not only do business with, but to meet as well, even if your not in the market right now to purchase go on out there and have a chat with him, he will do all that he can to get you in the right unit that you want or need. Mark and his staff in just the short time I interacted with them, I would not hesitate to invite them over for a BBQ, that is just how friendly they are. So do yourself a favor if your in the market or just looking to see what type of unit you want, go on out to My RV and walk around and chat with Mark, you will not get a high pressure salesman, he lets you take your time to talk amongst yourselves and he is just the type of salesperson you wish everyone was like. I bought a 5th Wheel from Mark a year and a half ago for my son. I had looked all over the metroplex for something that he could afford monthly and that would fit his needs. We found that at My RV and Mark has truly been wonderful during the entire process. He got me a better rate than he thought he would be able to and he did all the small cosmetic and mechanical repairs that needed to be done before he arranged delivery to the park where my son lives. This has been the smoothest and most enjoyable shopping/financing and post purchase process I have ever had. The RV I bought was a few years old so Mark advised me to purchase the warranty plan so I did. Mark has upheld his end of that deal and it has already paid for itself. Dallas is great about any repairs that need done. I just cant say enough good things about Mark and Dallas. If you are looking for an RV at a fair price and honest salesmanship then call Mark. He will take care of you before during and after.

Mark really cares about making sure the customer is satisfied with the transaction. He went out of his way to make sure I had everything I wanted, even when he didn't have to. His communication was excellent. There were some minor repairs needed that required an outside vendor. When the vendor didn't perform, Mark immediately notified me oh the schedule change and made sure everything got done.
If you are considering a good RV at a really good price from an honest dealer, go here. You'll be happy you did.

We bought our 2016 42' Cyclone HD from Mark about two months ago. He was friendly and honest and went out of his way to make sure everything was in working order. We are self employed and he also got us better rates and terms then we could get from our local bank. Last week one of the slide outs stopped working and he took it upon his self to help us get service. Hats off to him and Dallas for running a first class operation. We will recommend our friends!
