Miguelito's Mexican Restaurant

We LOVE that Miguelito's is in town! We have used them MULTIPLE times for last minute gatherings in a time pinch and they have ALWAYS come through with flying colors! Their food is GREAT! Popular place, expect a wait if you go at dinner time. Go early if you don't want to wait. Zero complaints.

I’ve been wanting to try Miguelito’s for a while now and finally did this weekend. The decor is pretty standard and the restaurant was clean. I’ve been searching for a decent place to get enchiladas for a few years now. Found it!! The tortillas were still firm yet easy to cut. I had a cheese enchilada with queso and chicken enchilada with sour cream sauce, plus rice and beans. The cheese enchilada was my favorite…perfection! The chicken enchilada wasn’t how I like the chicken cooked (personal preference) but the sour cream sauce was delicious. My hubby said the tacos were really good, so next time I think I’ll get the #3 with the enchilada and taco. Oh also it forgot…chips and salsa were fire. Just enough heat and great consistency very addicting. To top it all off…the waiter we had was super nice and attentive without being overly so. Right now with a shortage of servers in the industry it was nice to find a place that the servers seemed genuinely happy. We will return soon!
