Diane Briggs was a wonderful realtor! She was patient, upbeat, and dedicated as we viewed house after house looking for one that was right for us. She loves what she does, and it shows! She has her clients' best interest at heart and is generous with her time and her counsel. She is also extremely knowledgeable and has so much experience in the field. If at some point we move again within the metroplex, we will definitely seek out Diane's help. She is a true gem!

Back in October 2020, we were first time homebuyers and we were beyond blessed being able to work with the best realtor in town. Diane works tirelessly to come up with the best options for us. Diane is an incredible professional who has been helping me both as a buyer and seller. I've had an okay realtor in the past who did the bare minimum: unlocked doors and filed paperwork for me. Not Diane! She is a dream. She bent over backwards and worked tirelessly to help me sell my home. After seeing the breadth of her experience (she's very experienced, has been in real estate for years!), I quickly decided to take all her advice. As a result of her help getting the house ready for market and her savvy negotiating, my home sold quite a bit over the asking price! I'm someone who knows nothing about real estate; Diane is super patient and kind, a naturally helpful person, and a great communicator. She is never pushy, always outlines your options clearly with pro's and cons, while leaving the choice up to you. She also has a fantastic network of contractors, inspectors, etc. who are good and reasonably priced. Another thing about Diane is she has the utmost integrity. We had some dealings with a shady agent who lied, manipulated, and was outright nasty to Diane; she always kept her cool, was honest, and responded nicely while being super savvy to protect my best interests. She's also helping me purchase a home, and I've already won my bid thanks to her advice! I recommend Diane 1000%!

Diane did a great job! All her advise along the way was spot on. She is very knowledgeable about the current market and in tune with what people are looking for. By following her advise we had several offers on the property and eventually got 15K over asking price even in this crazy COVID 19 market.
