Arnie was very helpful on the phone. Offered me some do-it-yourself advice, yet I was convinced I needed to use them. Glad I did.
(November 27, 2019, 4:38 pm)They came out the same day we called with a broken and kitchen flooding washing machine. Fixed the issue and even explained how to take care of it ourselves if the same problem happens again. Very honest and reasonable. Would definitely recommend. :)
(October 2, 2019, 9:58 am)I would like to share two things that let me know I made the right decision. I was in a jam two weeks ago with a dryer that I purchased. It would not heat up to dry clothes. I tried everything. Even purchased a new $85 timer, that didn’t fix it. So I broke down and called JB appliance at 3:30pm and Arnie was nice enough to fit me in same day. He diagnosed the issue almost immediately. It was a bad plug (220v). I was so grateful that Arnie fit me in, diagnosed my machine and put it all back together. He guaranteed if I fix my plug, it would work properly. He confirmed that i made a good purchase. He was very informative and kind.
Two weeks later, I called him with a question about the same dryer, he helped me understand one of the high limit switches and Arnie Magic, got me going again. Thank you Arnie for your promptness & more importantly your honest kindness. Your my new Guy”””

I was about to leave town for a few days, and Arnie responded quickly to my call for help! He listened to me explain the issue, and he knew what parts to bring with him from the shop.
