  We purchased a used boat from Plano Marine in Lewisville today and experienced superb customer service throughout this entire process. The boat we purchased was not one of the more costly boats but we were treated with great respect and the entire staff was very appreciative for our business. They have a streamlined process that is so easy. Thank you Jack, Jacob and Bill and anyone else that was involved in getting my husband in this boat!

  Found a quality and value priced used center console here at Plano Marine. The sales guy (Greg) was knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. When I reasoned that I may be purchasing (but lived in Rockwall), Greg said he would drive the boat to Lake Ray Hubbard for a test drive - and that we could close out the sale there as well. Greg satisfied every concern I had with the boat before delivery. Could not have been a better experience. Highly recommended (used and new boats).

  Javier, Hart, Mark and everyone on the entire crew at Plano Marine at Chandler's Landing Marina provided top notch service on our boat's recent haul-out was so skilled and customer focused, cant' say enough good things! For our large boat, they did fiberglass repairs, epoxy coating, bottom paint, and annual engine service, all on-time and at a reasonable cost especially considering the great level of quality. We are happily back on the water, enjoying and sharing the beautiful sunsets on Lake Ray Hubbard.
