She had ordered a regular (not spicy) chicken sandwich on her lunch break only to find out when she got back to work that they had given her a spicy one. I had to come up to her job and get the receipt and take back the order. I just want to say how great they were in accepting that they had made a mistake. They gave me a new sandwich no questions asked and even gave me the whole order (which was a meal) and didn’t ask to give back the old one. So the husband got to eat the rest of her spicy sandwich. I was very happy. Very good customer service and excellent at accepting the mistake and taking responsibility for it. I’m really just happy I got to eat a sandwich they would’ve thrown away anyway, so this review is for you guys over at the location in Lewisville, keep up the good work! Thanks!

(January 8, 2020, 4:48 pm)The line was moving a little slow, but the food was hot and fresh so it was worth it. I finally tried a chicken sandwich. It was pretty good. My Hawaiian Punch was good and sweet. Would definitely visit this location again.

(December 5, 2019, 10:32 am)Very awesome service. Chicken tasted great as usual. The line in the drive thru was long and it went by very smoothly. They were also very patient with our order even with the last minute change up of the order at the window. Thank you
